March 4th
Basic Skills Class
This will be a five-week course where you will learn the basics of fusing glass. Instruction includes cutting glass, the different forms of glass, and understanding the firing of a kiln. Students will design and complete the following 5 projects: A kiln carved sun catcher, a 6” plate, a 7" bowl, a night light and a project selected by the student. This will be open to ages 16 and up. We will meet once a week from 6pm to 8pm. Cost of class includes all materials, tools and firings.
Cost for the class is $200.00

Pocket Vase
These beautiful vases can hang on the wall or sit on a shelf. These vases will hold water to hold fresh cut flowers. Or, if you don’t have a green thumb, fake flowers look great in them too! Basic glass cutting will be required, which we will learn in class. This is open to ages 16 and up. (Basic Skills Class is recommended but not required prior to taking this class). This is a one-day class that will meet from 6pm to 8pm. Cost for this class will be based on two options and includes all materials, tools, and firings.

Cactus in a Pot
We will be creating whimsical glass cactus that will be planted in a 6" garden pot. I can supply the pot, or you can bring your own. This is a two-day class. We will meet once a week from 6pm to 8pm. You will need glass cutting and skills. Glass fusing experience would be nice but not necessary. There will be an $8.00 discount if you bring your own pot. Cost for this class includes all materials, tools, and firings.

Let's Make Waves!
If you have completed the basic skills class, here is a project to utilize all that you have learned about fusing glass. In this class we will cut pieces of glass to create the movement in the wave. We will use frit (crushed glass) to accent the wave with whitecaps for a more realistic wave. As you know, everything in nature has its own signature and each of you will put their own spin on the project. This project is meant to be displayed in a stand which can be purchased separately. This will be open to ages 16 and up. This is a one-day class that will meet from 6pm to 9pm. Cost for class includes all materials and firings.
Cost for this class is $150.00
